Business Development (Females Only) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Calling potential prospects/leads to introduce Adhvitiya's and their
client's services and clearly explain the value that will be offered
2\. Following up with interested and pre-qualified leads generated through
ongoing outreach and campaigns
3\. Understanding the prospect's business needs and positioning our services
accordingly
4\. Confidently handling objections and guiding prospects toward a purchase
decision
5\. Qualifying leads based on intent, budget, and readiness to move forward
6\. Maintaining accurate call records, lead status, and outcomes in the CRM
system
7\. Coordinating with the sales and marketing team to improve lead quality and
conversion rates
8\. Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion goals
