Growth & Marketing Executive - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Drive platform awareness, user onboarding, and support daily marketing and

growth operations

2\. Review ongoing marketing activities, campaign updates, and user engagement

on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook

3\. Assist vendors and influencers during the onboarding process by helping

them understand how the Influsage platform works and guiding them in

completing their profiles with accurate details such as social media links,

categories, and campaign information.

4\. Document any issues faced by users on the Influsage platform and

coordinate with the technical or support teams to ensure timely resolution.

5\. Monitor post performance, respond to basic comments or inquiries, and

ensure content is published as per the content calendar

6\. Conduct influencer research based on campaign requirements such as

category, follower base, engagement rate, and platform suitability

7\. Shortlist and reach out to influencers through approved communication

channels

8\. Track responses, manage follow-ups, and maintain outreach records using

internal sheets or tools

9\. Assist vendors and influencers during the onboarding process by explaining

platform functionality

10\. Guide users in completing profiles and ensuring accurate submission of

social media links, categories, and campaign details

11\. Document user issues and coordinate with technical or support teams for

resolution

12\. Coordinate with internal teams by sharing user feedback and growth

insights

13\. Assist in testing new platform features from a marketing perspective and

provide suggestions based on user behavior

14\. Maintain and update data related to influencer outreach, vendor

inquiries, campaign status, and follow-ups

15\. Support digital marketing initiatives such as basic email campaigns,

promotions, and community engagement

16\. Assist in preparing marketing materials, drafting simple content ideas,

and coordinating with designers or content creators

17\. Review completed tasks, update progress reports, and plan follow-ups for

the next working day

18\. Report regularly on influencer sign-ups, vendor leads, social media

engagement, and campaign progress
