HR - Talent Acquisition - Internship

As a 'HR - Talent Acquisition' intern at CollegeDekho.com, you will have the

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels such

as job boards, social media, and referrals.

2\. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

3\. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and

interest in the position.

4\. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract potential

candidates.

5\. Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment documentation is

up to date.

6\. Collaborate with the HR team to streamline recruitment processes and

improve candidate experience.

7\. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with

candidates and team members.
