AI Agent Development - Internship

business impact. They respond well in demos but fall flat when deployed.
At AI Labs, we're building AI agents that actually move the needle - solving
real business problems like sales productivity, lead qualification, finance
ops, and reporting inefficiencies. Every build is linked to a tangible metric:
revenue, conversion, turnaround time, or customer experience.
If you love problem-solving, breaking down systems, and improving tiny details
until they work, this could be your goldmine. You'll work directly with Aditya
Jha ex-AVP at BYJU'S, currently heading business at a UAE-based fintech
company in Dubai.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Turn real-world business problems into working AI agents
2\. Integrate APIs (OpenAI, Retell, LangChain, Zapier, etc.) to automate tasks
3\. Test, debug, and improve feedback loops for optimal agent behavior
4\. Work on analytics, data pipelines, and decision automation
5\. Collaborate weekly on brainstorming and refining agent use cases

I'm Aditya Jha, an independent entrepreneur and operator based in Dubai. Over the past decade, I've built and led large-scale sales and operations teams - including serving as Associate Vice President at BYJU'S and currently leading growth for a UAE-based fintech firm. Alongside my full-time role, I run a series of AI-driven business experiments where I identify real-world problems in sales and operations and collaborate with talented developers to build working tech solutions around them. I'm looking for tech builders and AI engineers who enjoy turning business problems into working agents, automations, and prototypes. You'll get clearly defined problem statements, real use cases, and the freedom to build fast, impactful solutions.
