Location: Gurgaon / Remote (India) | Duration: 36 months | Start: Immediate

At **Hopt.a** i (www.hopt.ai), were building domain-trained voice AI agents
that handle real customer conversationsacross BFSI/Insurance, BPOs, real
estate enquiries, healthcare appointments, retail, and more. If you love
talking to customers, learning sales, and want to help build an early-stage
GTM enginethis role is for you.
What youll do
Build a outbound pipeline using LinkedIn + email + smart prospecting tools
Identify and reach decision makers (CX heads, Sales leaders, Ops leaders) in
target Industries
Qualify inbound/outbound leads: pain points, use cases, budget, timelines
Book meetings and support demos with the founding team
Maintain CRM hygiene: lead status, notes, follow-ups, next steps
Help create sales assets: pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, objection
handling notes
Learn and iterate messaging based on whats working in the market
What were looking for
Strong communication (clear, confident, professional)
Comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders
Hunger to learn B2B SaaS sales and build from scratch
Basic understanding of SaaS / AI / B2B sales is a plus (not mandatory)
Organized, consistent, and proactive with follow-ups
Bonus: experience with LinkedIn outreach, HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or similar
tools
