Lead Generation - Internship

As our first dedicated 'Lead Generation Marketing Specialist,' you will be a

critical driver of ZincState's growth engine. You are the starting point of

our success stories. Your mission is to identify, engage, and qualify the next

wave of innovative companies that need a world-class technology partner to

bring their vision to life. This is a unique opportunity to build our lead

generation function from the ground up, with a direct and measurable impact on

our revenue pipeline and overall trajectory.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Strategic Prospecting: Researching and identifying potential clients who

fit our ideal customer profile across key industries like FinTech, HealthTech,

SaaS, E-commerce, and Logistics.

2\. Outbound Campaign Execution: Developing and managing targeted outbound

campaigns, including personalized email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, and

strategic cold calling to connect with key decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs,

Founders, Heads of Product).

3\. Lead Qualification: Conducting initial discovery calls and in-depth

research to understand a prospect's business challenges, technical needs, and

project scope, ensuring they are a strong fit for our "Launchpad," "Growth

Engine," or "Enterprise" solutions.

4\. CRM Management: Maintaining a pristine and accurate lead database in our

CRM, ensuring all interactions are logged and leads are nurtured effectively

through the sales funnel.

5\. Collaborative Strategy: Working closely with the founders and future sales

team to align on messaging, refine lead qualification criteria, and ensure a

seamless handoff process for qualified opportunities.

6\. Data-Driven Reporting: Analyzing campaign performance and reporting on key

metrics (e.g., Marketing Qualified Leads, Sales Qualified Leads, conversion

rates) to inform strategy and demonstrate ROI.
