Role Overview

Schbang is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **HR Intern Talent

Acquisition** to support its recruitment function. This internship offers

hands-on exposure to end-to-end hiring processes across multiple business

functions and provides an excellent learning opportunity for individuals

aspiring to build a career in **Human Resources or Talent Acquisition**.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in **end-to-end recruitment** including job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

* Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and internal databases

* Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders

* Maintain and update **recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and MIS reports**

* Ensure smooth communication between candidates, hiring managers, and internal HR teams

* Support hiring for roles across **Media, Technology, Design, Growth, SEO, Martech, Creative, and Business Development** functions

* Assist with employer branding initiatives and recruitment process improvements

* Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and recruitment best practices

Eligibility & Requirements

* Graduates or final-year students pursuing **HR, Management, Psychology** , or related fields

* Strong verbal and written **communication skills**

* Good organizational and time-management abilities

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

* Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets is preferred

* Prior internship or exposure to HR or recruitment is an **added advantage**
