Executive Assistant To COO - Internship

We're looking for a proactive, organized, and impact-driven individual to work
closely with our Chief Operating Officer (COO). You'll gain an inside view of
how a fast-growing, purpose-led startup operates - from strategy and
operations to communications and execution.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Support the COO in day-to-day operations, scheduling, and coordination
across departments.
2. Prepare and maintain meeting notes, reports, and follow-up trackers for
leadership discussions
3. Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making on new
initiatives and partnerships.
4. Coordinate with operations, marketing, finance, and supply chain teams for
smooth execution of ongoing projects.
5. Assist in monitoring key performance metrics and maintaining dashboards.
6. Draft and proofread emails, presentations, and communications for the COO.
7. Help organize meetings, events, and travel logistics as required.
8. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
