Event Management (Vadodara) - Internship

Unessa Foundation successfully hosted its first UDay (Unessa Day) event in
October 2025, featuring an inspiring open mic to celebrate creativity,
expression, and community spirit. We plan to conduct similar events every
three months, and as an event management intern, you'll be part of the
organizing core team driving these impactful initiatives.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assisting in planning, organizing, and executing Unessa Foundation's
quarterly 'UDay - Unessa Day' events.
2. Coordinating logistics, registrations, and volunteer management during
open mic and community events.
3. Brainstorming creative event ideas that align with Unessa's mission to
promote social awareness and inclusivity.
4. Handling venue arrangements, scheduling, sponsorship outreach, and media
coordination.
5. Collaborating with the marketing team for event promotion and post-event
coverage.
6. Managing social media updates, photography, and audience engagement during
events.
