Event Management - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. End to End execution by leading the assigned activity from setup to
teardown, ensuring all operational standards are met.
2. Supervise the team by assigning specific roles and tasks to teammates
based on their strengths and the needs of the event.
3. Act as the face of the brand; brief the customer about the event flow,
rules, and activity details clearly to customers.
4. Manage the signing of consent forms/waivers and ensure 100% accuracy in
documentation of the materials used in the events.
5. Securely collect and record payments once the event is wrapped up.
6. Track and manage event kits/equipment to ensure nothing is lost or damaged
during the shift.
7. Provide a brief summary of the event's success and any feedback to the
management team.
