Event & Delegate Engagement - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

A. Pre-Event Responsibilities:
1. Conducting targeted research to identify and connect with key decision-
makers and potential award nominees.
2. Pitching the award show to potential companies and securing their
participation.
3. Reaching out to decision-makers and ensuring their attendance at the
event.
4. Reviewing and verifying submitted award forms for completeness and
accuracy.
5. Following up with attendees and ensuring timely submission and
confirmation of award forms.
6. Communicating clear event details to confirmed participants and addressing
any queries or concerns.

B. Event Day Responsibilities:
1. Representing Quantic India at all hosted events across various cities.
2. Ensuring all delegates are attended to, properly guided, and have a
seamless experience during the event.
3. Coordinating with the sponsorship team to manage sponsor-delegate meetings
and networking sessions.
4. Managing award handovers with precision, ensuring correct allocation and
timing.
5. Troubleshooting on-site issues and supporting overall event operations.

C. Post-Event Responsibilities:
1. Maintaining client and delegate relationships through timely follow-ups.
2. Sharing insights, feedback, and ideas to improve future event performance.
3. Ensuring all interactions uphold the professional standards and values of
Quantic India.
