Equity Research & Content Strategy Internship - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

We are seeking a high-curiosity, research-driven intern with a strong equity
markets background to support our YouTube research, financial content
creation, and equity analysis initiatives. This role blends stock market
research with content development ideal for a candidate who wants hands-on
exposure to fundamental research, investor content production, and management
interactions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Equity Research & Fundamental Analysis

Conduct detailed research on listed Indian companies, especially small and
mid-caps.
Track quarterly results, concalls, management commentary, and industry
updates.
Prepare stock notes, sector summaries, and research briefs.
Identify new investment themes, trends, and actionable ideas.

2. YouTube Topic Research (Market-Focused)

Monitor daily market trends, sector movements, news flow, and regulatory
developments.
Identify trending, high-engagement topics using analytics and data insights.
Shortlist relevant topics and prepare concise research notes.

3. Video Editing Support & PPT Creation

Understand basic editing logic (sequencing, pacing, flow).
Suggest creative improvements to enhance video storytelling.
Convert research into clean, visually structured PPTs for explainers and
interviews.

4. Management Interview Assistance

Conduct pre-interview company research and prepare a 1-2 page briefing note.
Understand business models, value chains, segments, and latest updates.
Draft structured Q&A and brainstorming ideas for hooks, flow, and interview
direction.

5. Investor Research & Podcast Preparation
Track notable investors and study their background, portfolios, and
philosophy.
Gather insights for investor podcast preparation.
Assist in drafting Q&A, content flow, and maintaining an investor database.

6. Sector Research & Content Development
Identify high-engagement themes (solar, defence, EV, recycling, etc.).
Conduct mini sector studies and value-chain analysis.
Prepare short, structured sector notes for video narration.

7. Newsletter & Market Update Support
Recommend weekly newsletter topics based on market events.
Summarise key news, policy changes, company updates, and sector trends.

8. Thumbnail Concepts & Content Hooks
Ideate thumbnail concepts aligned with viewer psychology and topic emotion.
Suggest hooks, framing, and colours that support higher click-through rates.

Ideal Candidate Profile

CFA candidate OR strong equity research academic background.
Strong passion for stock markets, sectors, and fundamental analysis.
Ability to convert research into structured insights and content-friendly
formats.
Good understanding of Indian business models, sectors, and financial metrics.
Basic familiarity with video editing logic (no advanced software skills
required).
Strong analytical writing skills and attention to detail.
