Email Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Campaign management: Plan, launch, and oversee multiple cold email
campaigns across different industries. Set up outreach tools (Instantly,
Smartlead, etc.) and manage email sending schedules.
2. Inbox management: Monitor replies, flag interested leads, and ensure
follow-ups are done promptly. Keep inboxes warm and healthy using warmup
tools.
3. Copy & strategy: Collaborate on cold email copy creation and editing to
ensure high open and reply rates test variations of subject lines, first
lines, CTAs, and overall messaging.
4. Lead list coordination: Work with researchers or use tools like Clay,
Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to source high-quality leads. Enrich lead
data and ensure it fits the campaign's ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).
5. Performance tracking: Analyze KPIs such as open rates, click-through
rates, response rates, and positive lead counts. Provide weekly reports and
optimization suggestions.
6. Tool & tech setup: Set up and manage domains, inboxes, IP addresses, and
DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Coordinate with the domain and hosting
providers when necessary.
7. Calendar & sales support: Route qualified leads to the sales calendar.
Maintain CRM hygiene and lead stages.
