SAbout the Role:
We're looking for a proactive and creative Community Manager to lead
engagement across WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, and X (Twitter). You'll be
the voice of our brand, posting updates, sharing match insights, managing
contests, and ensuring the community stays active and connected.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement:
Actively manage and grow the community across WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram,
and X. Interact with users through comments, replies, and chats to maintain
high engagement levels. Provide timely responses and personal support to
community members.
Content & Posting:
Post creatives, screenshots, and highlights of new SPODA features and updates.
Share live match insights, stats, and predictions during ongoing games.
Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for creative assets and
campaigns.
Competitions & Activities:
Plan and execute giveaways, contests, polls, and quizzes to boost community
participation. Track engagement, participation metrics, and campaign
performance.
Community Operations:
Maintain a posting calendar for regular updates across all platforms. Gather
community feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams.
Spot and report trending topics or moments to capitalise on real-time
engagement.
