L&D Psychology - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Assist in developing behavioural content for training modules and

presentations.

2\. Help organize and coordinate both virtual and in-person training sessions.

3\. Conduct research on trends, tools, and best practices in learning and

development.

4\. Observe and document training outcomes and participant feedback.

5\. Conduct research and gather data to support evidence-based practices and

program development.

6\. Focus on meeting KPIs throughout the internship.
