Talent Acquisition - Internship

As a Talent Acquisition intern at Staffise, you will have the opportunity to

gain hands-on experience in recruitment and talent management while

contributing to the growth of our dynamic team. You will work closely with our

HR department to identify and attract top talent to our organization, ensuring

Key responsibilities include:

1\. Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and

develop job descriptions

2\. Sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards

and social media platforms

3\. Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews to assess candidates'

qualifications and fit

4\. Assisting with the coordination of interviews and assessments with

candidates and hiring managers

5\. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our recruitment

database

6\. Assisting with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing

offer letters and conducting orientation sessions

7\. Supporting HR projects and initiatives to improve recruitment processes

and enhance the candidate experience.
