Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Assist in designing and scheduling content (posts, reels, and stories) for
Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn based on the goals of the organization.
2\. Create video content (short reels, stories, and awareness clips) to
highlight field sessions, mental health topics, and campaign messages.
3\. Document field activities and convert them into shareable digital stories.
4\. Track social media analytics, generate basic performance reports, and
suggest improvements.
5\. Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in social media marketing
and apply them to enhance campaign visibility.
6\. Support in creating campaigns for special days (e.g., World Mental Health
Day) to boost engagement and visibility.
7\. Maintain an organized content calendar and support the timely execution of
posts.
8\. Attend weekly in-office review meetings to collaborate with the
communications and program teams, receive feedback, and align on goals.

The Centre For Social And Behaviour Change Communication (SBC3) is a non- profit organization established to address critical issues in the development sector through social psychology and communication. Did you know that every hour, one student in India commits suicide? (Approximately 28 suicides are reported daily, according to NCRB data). One in every 4 people is mildly to clinically depressed, as per the WHO. To tackle these issues, ENERGETIX was created 5 years ago as a preventive, holistic, research-based adolescent mental health program. ENERGETIX is launching cloud-hosted digital content to elevate its mission and reach out to 10 lakh students in Maharashtra (www.energetix.co.in). The program has supported thousands of students in Mumbai, focusing on their mental health. Additionally, it presented a white paper at the NCA 107th conference in Seattle in 2021, highlighting the significant impact of its adolescent mental health program.
