Content and Social Media Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

Stakeholder Coordination

1\. Liaise with partner institutes and organizations to ensure seamless

program delivery and engagement.

2\. Support the onboarding of partners and beneficiaries on the WF platform.

Program Tracking & Reporting

1\. Prepare and share weekly progress reports and presentations on program

status using Excel and PowerPoint.

Milestone & Assessment Management

1\. Track and ensure timely completion of assessments and milestone

submissions by participants.

2\. Coordinate with facilitators for timely evaluations on the WF platform.

Scheduling & Communication

1\. Send calendar invites and coordinate meetings, including mentor-mentee

connects.

2\. Schedule and track idea scouting sessions for potential ventures.

Record Keeping

1\. Maintain accurate internal documentation and reports for all ongoing and

new programs.

Content Sharing

1\. Create and post program-related updates through WF social media handles

(as applicable).

Meeting Support

1\. Attend key online meetings, take notes, and assist with follow-up actions.
