OTA Operations Executive - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. OTA Product Management: Regularly create, update, and manage tour and

travel product listings on various Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms.

2\. Content Creation and Optimization: Use tools like ChatGPT to generate

engaging and accurate product descriptions, ensuring all listings have

appealing visuals and informative content.

3\. Quality Assurance: Ensure all product details, images, and descriptions

are accurate, consistent, and aligned with company standards across all

platforms.

4\. Data Tracking and Reporting: Maintain and regularly update Excel sheets to

track product creation, updates, and performance metrics across OTAs.

5\. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the marketing and sales

teams to ensure product listings are optimised for visibility, conversion, and

customer engagement.

6\. Operational Efficiency: Streamline and document processes related to

product uploads, updates, and performance monitoring to ensure smooth

operations.

7\. Continuous Improvement: Monitor trends and performance data to identify

opportunities for improving product presentation, pricing strategies, and

operational workflows.
