Role Overview
The **HR Intern** will support the Talent Acquisition team in managing
recruitment operations, candidate coordination, and employer branding
initiatives. This role provides structured exposure to professional HR
practices within a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Draft and update job descriptions in line with organizational requirements
* Publish job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, Instahyre, and relevant platforms
* Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
* Share shortlisted candidate profiles with hiring managers
* Schedule and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and candidates
* Collect interview feedback and maintain accurate hiring records
* Assist in candidate communication, compensation discussions, and onboarding coordination
* Maintain talent pipelines and recruitment trackers
* Coordinate with academic institutions and placement cells for hiring initiatives
* Support internal communication and employer branding activities
Eligibility & Skills
* Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HR tools
* High level of professionalism and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
