Human Resources (HR) - Internship

As an HR intern at Ensis Tech, you'll have the opportunity to gain hands-on

supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks and projects, while

also learning about the different facets of HR operations. With your strong

skills in MS-Office, English proficiency, MS-Excel, and MS-Word, you'll be

1\. Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates,

scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities.

2\. Support employee relations initiatives by maintaining HR records,

conducting research, and assisting with employee communications.

3\. Help with training and development programs, including organizing

workshops, tracking employee training progress, and evaluating program

effectiveness.

4\. Contribute to HR analytics and reporting by gathering data, creating

reports, and analyzing trends to support decision-making.

5\. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment processes,

communication with vendors, and resolving employee inquiries.

6\. Support HR compliance efforts by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor

laws and regulations, and ensuring company policies are in compliance.

7\. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and

initiatives to enhance the employee experience and drive organizational

success.
