IT - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues for

employees.

2\. Support in installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer

systems and IT equipment.

3\. Help manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.

4\. Provide technical support for printers, scanners, and other office

devices.

5\. Assist with software updates, patches, and system backups.

6\. Document IT processes, incidents, and solutions for future reference.

7\. Support the setup of new workstations and ensure proper network

connectivity.

8\. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure data security and compliance.

9\. Monitor system performance and report any irregularities to the IT head.

10\. Stay updated with basic IT tools, security practices, and new technology

trends.
