Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to

onboarding.

2\. Post job openings on various platforms and manage applications.

3\. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to identify potential fits.

4\. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

5\. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.

6\. Engage with candidates and provide them with a smooth hiring experience.

7\. Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

8\. Stay updated on industry trends and hiring best practices.
