Role overview:

The planning & coordination lead plays a strategic role in AirBrick's

execution engine by ensuring project predictability, milestone discipline, and

early risk detection. This central PMO role governs project planning systems,

live tracking, milestone coordination, and interdepartmental alignment. Acting

as a control tower, the role bridges design, procurement, QS, CRM, and site

execution to enable integrated delivery across all projects.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Master project planning & baseline setup: Develop master schedules and

lock pre-mobilization baselines in collaboration with all departments.

2\. Live project tracking & lookahead planning: Maintain weekly progress

reports and lead 2-4 week lookahead planning for execution.

3\. Milestone alignment & RA billing support: Manage RA milestone calendars,

ensure billing coordination, and flag risk areas.

4\. Risk management & escalation: Own the Delay Log, highlight risk areas, and

drive escalation processes.

5\. Interdepartmental coordination: Conduct weekly planning syncs, align

cross-functional dependencies, and close planning gaps.

6\. MIS, dashboards & review reporting: Own planning dashboards, provide

leadership visibility through weekly MIS, and enable recovery planning.

7\. SOP compliance & planning governance: Enforce planning SOPs, digitize

tracking systems, and drive planning process improvements.
