As an HR intern at Amogh Seva Foundation, you will have the opportunity to
showcase your skills in coordination, leadership, team management,
collaboration, operations, creative and content writing, recruitment, training
and development, employment engagement, digital marketing tools, presentation
skills, Zoho Books, problem solving, attention to detail, legal writing, HRIS,
and interpersonal skills.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members, ensuring a smooth
transition into the organisation.
2\. Support in organising and conducting training sessions to enhance employee
skills and knowledge.
3\. Collaborate with various departments to develop creative and engaging
content for internal communications.
4\. Manage employee relations and engagement initiatives to foster a positive
work environment.
5\. Utilise HRIS and digital marketing tools to streamline processes and
enhance communication.
6\. Assist in legal writing and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to
labour laws and regulations.
7\. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with
employees at all levels of the organisation.
