Account Manager - Internship

As an 'Account Manager Intern,' you will work closely with internal teams and

clients to ensure smooth execution of deliverables, timely communication, and

a high level of client satisfaction. This role offers an excellent opportunity

to understand how businesses manage client relationships, track performance,

and coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, professional

environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Assist in managing day-to-day communication with assigned clients via

email, calls, and virtual meetings

2\. Support senior account managers in onboarding new clients and

understanding client requirements

3\. Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing, or delivery

teams) to ensure timely execution of client deliverables

4\. Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure

commitments are met

5\. Prepare basic reports, status updates, and presentations for internal and

client-facing meetings

6\. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, feedback, and

documentation

7\. Help identify potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities by

understanding client needs and business objectives

8\. Address basic client queries and escalate issues when required to ensure

prompt resolution

9\. Support process improvement initiatives to enhance client experience and

operational efficiency
