Investment Analyst - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Deal Sourcing: Identify and track emerging startups across key sectors.

2\. Market Research: Analyze market size, competition, and trends for target

sectors.

3\. Financial Analysis: Support in reviewing financial models, cap tables, and

valuations.

4\. Due Diligence: Gather and assess key data on product, team, traction, and

business model.

5\. Founder Interaction: Assist in first-level founder calls and prepare

meeting notes.

6\. Portfolio Support: Track portfolio performance metrics and update

dashboards.

7\. Investment Committee Support: Help prepare IC memos, pitch summaries, and

internal reports.

8\. Ecosystem Mapping: Research investors, accelerators, and strategic

partners relevant to Spotlight.

9\. Content & Insights: Contribute to sector research reports and Spotlight

blog insights.
