Operations And General Management (For PWD Candidates Only) - Internship

animal welfare. This internship is designed to encourage learning,

participation, and professional growth for PWD candidates in a supportive

environment. Successful completion of the three-month internship may also lead

to opportunities for project-based consultancy assignments with the

organization.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

A. Funds and Communication:

1\. Edit videos and design graphics for social media and campaigns.

2\. Assist in storyboarding, scripting, and audio/visual production for

shoots.

3\. Create and schedule social media posts and support digital campaigns.

4\. Collaborate with the funds and communications team, providing input and

incorporating feedback.

5\. Maintain multimedia files in a digital library.

B. Planning and Performance:

1\. Clean, validate, and perform basic analysis for program datasets.

2\. Assist in developing and updating Power BI dashboards and reports.

3\. Support internal reporting by generating clean and well-documented Excel

outputs.

4\. Assist in testing, updating, or documenting monitoring apps/tools as

required.

C. Finance:

1\. Verify bills and vouchers.

2\. Prepare voucher entries.

3\. Verify uploaded sheets.

4\. Prepare monthly progress and financial report workings.
