Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Working closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and
requirements.
2\. Sourcing potential candidates through various job portals and online
channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
3\. Reviewing resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
4\. Handholding candidates through the evaluation process, which includes
tests and interviews, and eventually helping onboard them into the
organization.
5\. Maintaining and updating candidate databases.
6\. Assisting in tracking and reporting key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-
to-fill, source of hire).
7\. Stretching beyond normal working hours to meet the end goal of hiring
interns, since candidates may not be available throughout the day.

Our purpose is to help NGOs raise more funds from individuals by providing a convenient and efficient mechanism to collect donations and engage donors. We provide an 'e-commerce like donation storefront' allowing donors to select donation products, provide both online (credit card, debit card, net banking, mobile wallets, and EMI) and offline (cheque pickup in 100+ cities) modes of payment. A customized thank you mail and 80G receipt is sent on confirmation of the donation. The platform is integrated in less than 5 minutes on the NGO's website. Donor engagement campaigns increase donations for our NGOs by up to 10%. We have 600+ NGOs on our platform. We hope to change the landscape of giving by enabling 10,000+ NGOs with an easy way to collect money from their donors and provide tools and systems to help them better interact with their donors in a consistent and convenient manner.
