Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases
2\. Screening resumes as per job requirements and eligibility criteria
3\. Coordinating with candidates for interviews, assessments, and follow-ups
4\. Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and interview panels
5\. Maintaining and updating candidate trackers and recruitment MIS
6\. Posting job openings on job portals, social media, and internal platforms
7\. Conducting initial HR screening calls and sharing candidate summaries
8\. Following up with candidates for documents, availability, and feedback
9\. Supporting offer rollouts, joining formalities, and onboarding
coordination
10\. Maintaining proper recruitment documentation and records
11\. Assisting the HR team with employer branding and campus/internship hiring
activities
