Instructional Designer - Internship

'another curriculum job.' As an Instructional Designer (Technical Courses),

you'll directly shape how thousands of students across India actually learn

and fall in love with CS. You'll get to fix the gaps you faced as a student -

make tough concepts clear, turn boring lectures into projects, and help every

learner, regardless of background, thrive in the real world.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Building complete, digital-first CS courses - content, activities,

projects, and assessment - all tuned for genuine understanding and real-world

impact.

2\. Creating learning experiences in web development, cyber security, GenAI,

data science, system design, and beyond.

3\. Breaking free from rote and theory-only; inventing ways to teach by doing,

using code, projects, demos, and stories that matter.

4\. Collecting feedback, measuring outcomes, and evolving each course -

becoming the person who makes 'this is how we teach CS' better, every month.

5\. Shaping a unified, practical student journey by working side-by-side with

top educators, industry pros, and fellow designers.

This is not a software engineering or development role- it's a hands-on,

creative content design position where you'll craft learning journeys, not
