Instructional Designer - Foundation Courses - Internship

opportunities. As an Instructional Designer Intern (Foundation Courses), you

will design and build courses that empower students to succeed - not just in

academics, but in every aspect of their personal, professional lives and

becoming a holistic citizen of the society. This is a creative content design

role focused on building impactful learning journeys, not an engineering or

research position.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Design and build engaging digital courses in English Communication (LSRW),

Critical Thinking, Professional Skills, Learning How to Learn, Business

Fundamentals, and more.

2\. Turn abstract concepts into real skills:

3\. Create activities, projects, and assessments that make learning practical,

interactive, and memorable.

4\. Partner with mentors and subject experts to create a consistent, high-

quality experience for every student.

5\. Develop resources and guides to help mentors deliver your courses with

clarity and confidence.

6\. Gather feedback, reflect on outcomes, and continuously enhance course

content never settling for "good enough".
