Role Description

We are hiring an **Operations Management Intern** for a **paid, full-time, on-

site internship** at **Arya Medical College and Hospital, Jaipur**. This role

will give you hands-on exposure to hospital operations, cross-functional

coordination, process monitoring, and quality/process improvement support.

This internship may lead to a full-time opportunity based on performance,

role availability, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

* Support day-to-day operational coordination across hospital departments (administration, nursing, diagnostics, pharmacy, billing, etc.)

* Assist in tracking operational KPIs and maintaining daily/weekly trackers (turnaround times, service flows, escalations, follow-ups)

* Help document processes/SOPs and support adherence to defined workflows

* Assist in identifying bottlenecks and proposing basic process improvements

* Support quality checks and documentation required for operational reviews/audits

* Prepare summaries, reports, and presentation decks for internal reviews

* Participate in meetings and follow up on action items with stakeholders

* **Duration:** Performance-based (internship duration may be extended and may convert to full-time based on performance and organizational requirements)

Qualifications

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in **Business Administration, Healthcare/Hospital Management** , or a related field

* Strong organizational, administrative, and time management skills

* Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and suggest improvements

* Strong communication and teamwork skills; comfortable working with multiple departments

* Problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative

* Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)** or similar tools

* Prior internship/experience in hospital operations or operations management is a plus
