Telecalling - Internship
Soul Societie For Organic Farming Research & Education Private Limited
We are looking for a telecalling executive (intern) to contact
suppliers/farmers who have shared their details through lead forms or
references. The intern's role is to verify supplier details, collect required
information, and update records accurately.
This is a learning-oriented internship suitable for students, freshers, or
agriculture-related candidates.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Call suppliers/farmers from provided lead data
2\. Make minimum 10 quality calls per day
3\. Collect and confirm the required details
4\. Clearly explain our quality requirements to suppliers
5\. Maintain call notes and update data in Excel/Google Sheets
6\. Share daily call summary with the team
