Junior Recruiter - Internship

We are looking for a motivated junior recruiter to support our hiring team for
a 3-month project. Your primary focus will be proactive sourcing and
conducting initial outreach to build a pipeline of high-quality talent.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Sourcing: Scout relevant profiles across various channels (LinkedIn,
Naukri, Indeed, and niche job boards).
2\. Initial outreach: Reach out to potential candidates via call or message to
pitch the role and gauge interest.
3\. Candidate screening: Conduct preliminary conversations to verify basic
qualifications, availability, and expectations.
4\. Shortlisting: Provide a curated list of quality, pre-vetted candidates to
the hiring manager.
5\. Database management: Maintain an organized record of candidate
interactions and status.
