E-Commerce Sales - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Independently generate sales for various products available on the website
(e.g., men's and women's clothing, t-shirt, shoes, etc.).
2. Use any organic methods of marketing (e.g., social media content creation,
Instagram/YouTube promotions, WhatsApp/Telegram group promotions, blogs,
etc.).
3. Ensure sales are generated through genuine and ethical approaches no
forceful or spammy communication with customers.
4. Track daily/weekly sales progress and work towards achieving minimum
monthly targets.
5. Respond to potential customer queries politely and manage communication
kindly and professionally.
6. Maintain proper records of sales made and confirm deliveries (only
confirmed delivered orders will be counted, not just leads).
7. Adapt creative strategies to increase product reach and brand awareness.
Order confirmation (customer should not return within 7 days).
Incentives: Extra performance-based incentives will be given if interns exceed
targets
