E-Commerce Operations - Internship

As an E-Commerce Operations intern at Monkinz, you will play a critical role
in supporting our online retail operations. Your MS-Excel skills will be put
to the test as you analyze data and create reports to optimize our sales
strategies. Working with Google Docs and Drive, you will assist in managing
inventory and coordinating product shipments. Your knowledge of Gemini and
ChatGPT will be utilized in making our marketing/ product images and videos
better, and also enhancing our customer service and product management
efforts. Business development and effective communication will be key as you
collaborate with various platforms to ensure smooth operations. Your
interpersonal skills will shine as you assist in managing day-to-day tasks and
coordinating projects.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in inventory management and product tracking using MS-Excel and
Google Docs, and Shopify.
2. Coordinate shipments and logistics to ensure timely delivery to customers.
3. Utilize Gemini and ChatGPT for product images, customer service, and order
processing.
4. Support business development efforts through market research and analysis,
and by collaborating with multiple platforms for more sales channels.
5. Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
6. Assist in product management and maintenance of the online store.
7. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in
e-commerce operations.
8. Should be able to converse well in English (writing and talking)
