E-Commerce Operations - Internship

We are looking for a 'Shopify & Operations Intern' who can own day to day work
on our Shopify store and marketplace operations. This role is centered around
Shopify, but you will get to work on many other parts of the business based on
your strengths.
Perfect for students who want to learn how D2C and e-commerce really work in
the real world.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. On Shopify (Main focus):
a. Upload and maintain product catalogs for all brands
b. Update product details, pricing, images, tags and metafields as required
c. Make changes on catalog level when we run campaigns or update collections
d. Support basic front-end and back-end store management on Shopify
e. Process and track orders on Shopify and ensure they flow correctly to
partners

2. Customer & Order Operations:
a. Handle basic customer support during Indian working hours (email, WhatsApp,
chat)
b. Coordinate order related queries like delivery, exchange, missing items
etc.
c. Ensure smooth Shopify order processing and follow-ups where needed

3. Brand Communication & Onboarding:
a. Coordinate with brand partners for catalog files, images and product
details
b. Help in onboarding new brands on the Soruha marketplace
c. Ensure listings are accurate, consistent and follow Soruha guidelines
