E-commerce Executive - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in managing our online store and ensuring all products are
accurately listed and up-to-date.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for our
website and social media platforms.
3. Monitor and analyze e-commerce performance metrics to identify areas for
improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
4. Help develop and execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to
drive traffic and conversions.
5. Support customer service efforts by responding to inquiries and resolving
any issues in a timely manner.
6. Stay up-to-date on e-commerce trends and best practices to recommend
innovative ideas for growth.
7. Work closely with the operations team to ensure seamless order fulfillment
and delivery processes.

What You'll Do:

1. Assist in managing product listings across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart,
Shopify, etc.).
2. Optimize product descriptions, titles, and keywords for better visibility.
3. Support in order management, inventory tracking, and coordination with
operations.
4. Monitor marketplace performance, ratings, and reviews.
5. Research trends and competitor activity, and suggest improvements.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, promotions, and social
media.
7. Learn and apply basic SEO, digital marketing, and e-commerce tools.
