E-Commerce Business Management - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Customer Communication (WhatsApp Business & Calls):
1. Respond promptly to customer messages on WhatsApp Business.
2. Send post-delivery thank-you messages with a friendly tone.
3. Conduct daily feedback calls to understand customer satisfaction and
collect suggestions.
4. Handle queries and escalate issues if required.
B. Data Management:
1. Feed and update pending product/price data on the Dayzor website.
2. Maintain and update Excel sheets for stock, pricing, and customer feedback
records.
C. Operational Support:
1. Assist in small backend tasks and process improvements.
2. Suggest creative ideas to improve customer experience and marketing
campaigns.
