Digital Video Content Creator - Intern - Internship

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Research trending topics in Executive Education, Careers, Management, Data Science, Product Management, AI, and Upskilling domains.
2. Identify high-performing content formats within the EdTech and Executive Education ecosystem.
3. Analyze competitor channels, education creators, and industry thought leaders.
4. Study student/learner behavior, FAQs, pain points, and search patterns to propose strong content ideas.
5. Maintain and create a structured repository of topic insights, references, hooks, and title options.
6. Research on educational videos, webinars, podcasts, and career-focused content.
7. Track YouTube algorithm updates, EdTech trends, and content shifts.
8. Be on camera to create short video content, intros, explainers, and research-led snippets.

Competencies:

1. Strong interest in education, career development, and upskilling.
2. Must be confident and comfortable appearing on camera as a core part of the role.
3. Ability to analyze YouTube content, formats, and audience engagement.
4. Good research, documentation, and summarization skills.
5. Bonus: Basic understanding of scripting, storytelling, or content strategy.
6. Proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, and basic analytical tools.
