Digital Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify potential countries and then buyers, wholesalers, importers, and
distributors in the target countries.
2. Research through B2B platforms (Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia), LinkedIn,
and global trade directories.
3. Assist in preparing product catalogs, pricing sheets, and marketing
presentations.
4. Update and optimize product listings on international B2B portals.
5. Respond to inquiries and share product information with prospective
buyers.
6. Follow up with leads and maintain a communication tracker.
7. Understand and clearly document specific requirements of clients, such as:
required product certifications, packaging standards, material specifications,
labeling requirements, and Country-specific compliance norms.
8. Any additional expectations shared by buyers.
9. Communicate these requirements accurately for internal decision-making.
10. Collect and share buyer details for invoice preparation.
11. Assist in preparing basic supporting documents, such as order
confirmation details.
12. Coordinate with logistics providers for quotations and shipping details.
13. Explain payment terms to buyers.
14. Exceptions allowed only with approval (e.g., 80% advance + 20% before
dispatch).
15. Track and record payment receipts in a payment log.
16. Notify immediately when payments are received or delayed.
17. Track global jewellery trends and pricing.
18. Suggest potential markets or promising product segments.
19. Assist in creating and posting content for a global audience engagement.
20. Share new marketing ideas and opportunities.
21. Submit a daily activity report including: leads researched,
communications made, follow-ups, market findings, tasks completed & pending.
22. Submit a weekly summary report.
