Digital Marketing - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A.. Inventory & operations support:
1. Assist with inventory management tasks, including monitoring stock levels
and helping create FBA shipments to ensure products are always in stock.
2. Monitor and address customer Q&A and reviews to maintain a positive brand
reputation.

B. Competitor research:
1. Research competitor strategies, pricing, and product positioning on Amazon
to identify new opportunities.

C. Performance analysis & reporting:
1. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales, conversion rate, and
customer feedback.
2. Generate weekly/monthly reports on Amazon sales and marketing performance
using Seller Central and Microsoft Excel.

D. Listing optimization (SEO):
1. Conduct comprehensive keyword research using tools like e.g. Helium 10,
Jungle Scout to identify high-potential search terms.
2. Draft and optimize compelling product titles, bullet points, and
descriptions for new and existing listings to improve search ranking and
conversion rate.
3. Assist in creating and updating A+ content (Enhanced brand content) to
enhance product pages.
