Role & Responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads,
Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
2. Manage and grow social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
3. Implement SEO & SEM strategies to improve website ranking and organic
traffic.
4. Create content marketing campaigns (blogs, newsletters, emailers, case
studies).
5. Monitor analytics (Google Analytics, Search Console, social insights) and
prepare reports.
6. Handle email campaigns and track performance.
7. Support design of creatives and ad banners (Canva/Photoshop).
8. Collaborate with sales and customer success teams for lead generation and
nurturing.
9. Stay updated on latest digital marketing trends and tools.

Key Skills:
1. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media marketing.
2. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho
Campaigns, etc.).
3. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and keyword
research tools.
4. Creativity in content creation and digital storytelling.
5. Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop) preferred.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7. Analytical mindset with ability to measure and optimize campaigns.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
0.5-1 year experience in digital marketing (freshers with strong
internship/project experience may apply).
Certifications in Google Ads / SEO / Social Media Marketing are a plus.
