Digital Marketing - Internship
Digital Brand Co-pilot
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Campaign Strategy & Execution
1. Develop, plan, and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google,
Meta, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
2. Create and manage paid ad campaigns (PPC, SEM, social media ads) to drive
traffic and conversions.
3. Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure campaigns align
visually and strategically with brand goals.
2. SEO & Website Optimization
1. Conduct keyword research, implement on-page/off-page SEO, and develop
backlink strategies to improve rankings.
2. Monitor website analytics, traffic, and conversions to identify
optimization opportunities.
3. Collaborate with developers to ensure an SEO-friendly website structure
and performance.
3. Content & Social Media Management
1. Develop engaging social media calendars, including posts, stories, and
reels.
2. Manage brand presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn,
Pinterest, and X (Twitter).
3. Collaborate with writers and designers to produce creative marketing
content and blogs.
4. Analytics & Reporting
1. Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads
Manager, and CRM tools.
2. Prepare detailed monthly reports highlighting key insights and areas for
improvement.
3. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry benchmarks for
data-driven decisions.
5. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition
1. Implement and optimize lead generation strategies using both organic and
paid marketing.
2. Improve funnels for better engagement and conversion rates.
3. Support business development in nurturing leads and maintaining client
relationships.
6. Email & CRM Marketing
1. Design and execute email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
2. Segment audiences and personalize messaging to boost engagement and
retention.
7. Collaboration & Team Support
1. Work closely with content, design, and sales teams to align marketing
objectives.
2. Contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns, brand strategies, and
research.
3. Manage junior team members or interns and guide them through marketing
tasks.
8. Brand Growth & Innovation
1. Stay up to date with digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices.
2. Recommend new strategies for enhancing brand growth, audience engagement,
and ROI.
