1. Learns fast (like, actually fast)
2. Is confident enough to try, fail, learn, repeat
3. Understands internet culture (not just "marketing theory")
4. Is ready to put in time and effort (we'll match your energy)
5. We'll train you into a pro but only if you show up hungry.

What You'll Do (a.k.a. Your Training Arc) ? You'll work closely with our core
team and learn real marketing, not textbook stuff.

A. Content Writing
1. Write captions that don't sound like ads
2. Turn boring info into scroll-stopping content
3. Understand tone, emotion, and audience psychology

B. Script Writing
1. Write short-form scripts for reels & videos
2. Learn hooks, storytelling, and retention
3. Convert ideas into engaging narratives

C. Social Media Management
1. Plan and schedule content
2. Study insights, trends, and performance
3. Learn how brands actually grow online

1. Basic Skills (or Willingness to Learn Fast)
2. Decent English + internet language fluency
3. Basic understanding of Instagram & social platforms
4. Ability to write clearly (and creatively)
5. Curiosity > Experience (we can teach skills, not mindset)
