flexible and outcome-driven. This is not a fixed 97, MondaySaturday
role. Some days will run long, some days lighter. What matters is
responsibility and delivery, not clocking hours.

Role overview

Were looking for a Design Strategist Intern (Content & Research) who can
think independently, ask the right questions, and connect user insight with
content and business decisions.

Youll work on real problems, real users, and real outputs, not academic
exercises.

What youll do

• Conduct primary user and design research (interviews, surveys, audits, behavioral analysis)
• Synthesize research findings into clear, usable insights
• Audit existing content and experiences to evaluate relevance and effectiveness
• Support content and experience strategy grounded in user understanding
• Work closely with design, product, and marketing teams
• Clearly document research, thinking, and decisions

• Proven ability to apply design thinking in real contexts
• Hands-on exposure to primary research , research synthesis , and early-stage strategy work
• Ability to justify decisions with evidence, not opinions
• Comfort working with ambiguity and evolving requirements

This role is suited for someone who wants responsibility early , learns
fast, and is serious about long-term growth.

Commitment requirement (important)

This is a long-term role with the intent to convert into a full-time
position.
