Design - Internship

We are looking for a design intern with a strong interest in social media and
brand design. The role involves supporting the creative team in producing
high-quality visual assets for digital platforms, campaigns, and brand
initiatives. This is a hands-on role suited for someone eager to learn,
experiment, and grow in a fast-paced creative environment.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Design social media creatives, including static posts, carousels, stories,
and campaign visuals.
2. Create brand collaterals such as banners, posters, ads, and internal
communication assets.
3. Assist in developing visual concepts, layouts, and creative variations for
campaigns.
4. Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all creative outputs.
5. Conduct visual research, trend analysis, and reference mapping.
6. Create mood boards and basic concept decks.
7. Prepare final design files in required sizes and formats for digital
platforms.
8. Manage quick turnarounds while maintaining design quality.
9. Organize files, maintain naming conventions, and follow shared drive
protocols.
10. Work closely with marketing, social, and content teams to understand
briefs and feedback.
