We're looking for proactive, guest-obsessed 'Guest Experience & Operations
Interns' to join our operations and customer service team. You'll handle guest
communication, coordinate with on-ground teams, and make sure our guests enjoy
seamless experiences throughout their stay. This is a dynamic, fast-paced role
that sits at the heart of Kiwistays' guest experience.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1\. Manage guest communication via Airbnb, WhatsApp, and calls with promptness
and warmth.
2\. Coordinate daily check-ins and check-outs with the on-ground operations
team.
3\. Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors to resolve guest
requests quickly.
4\. Track and document property-level operations and guest feedback.
5\. Maintain the Kiwi Stays tone of hospitality, professionalism, and
reliability in all interactions.
6\. Support the operations team with documentation, follow-ups, and
escalations when required.
