Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Maintain and update customer data in CRM software

2\. Handle customer follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, and emails

3\. Track leads, inquiries, and customer interactions

4\. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams

5\. Prepare daily/weekly CRM reports

6\. Assist in customer retention and feedback collection

7\. Ensure accurate data entry and record management
